This light company offers a variety of low-cost electricity plans with traditional, as well as renewable energy that helps reduce carbon emissions.
While they don’t offer commercial energy, they provide some of the cheapest residential electricity.
Their plans come with deep discounts on energy rates, often using bill credits, and because they’re fixed-rate plans you can expect predictable monthly bills.
Flash 12 and 24 Plans
The Flash 12 and Flash 24 plans are fixed-rate options with 12 and 24-month terms. These plans lock in low rates for price-protected, predictable bills.
They feature:

While these plans are some of the cheapest, note that you’ll get the best rates with bill credits activated by reaching a certain energy usage level.
12 and 36 Plans
For plans they call “simple and straightforward”, they offer Express 12 or 36 plans. These plans feature a flat energy charge without bill credits. These plans include Transmission and Distribution Utility (TDU) fees and cheap rates.

Transferring your energy plan
If you’re moving to a deregulated area, you can transfer your energy plan to your new address. For a seamless transition, contact the energy provider at least 30 days before your move.
Canceling my service
If you cancel your energy service, keep in mind that you may be responsible for cancellation fees, or Early Termination Fees (ETFs).
Express typically charges an ETF of $20 per month left in your term.
